Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations work for Vastu Sense — the Vastu Sense mobile application and the website vastusense.xyz (together, the "Service"), operated by Spatiq AI Private Limited. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Per-report pricing — no subscriptions

Vastu Sense has no free tier. Analysis is charged per report — Basic at ₹99/report or Premium at ₹199/report. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges for retail users, so there is nothing to cancel between purchases. The fee is always shown before you confirm an analysis, and you are only charged when you run a new one.

2. Refunds — Android and direct purchases

Payments are generally non-refundable, because each report is generated and delivered to you as soon as you purchase it. If you believe you were charged in error, or something went wrong with your purchase, contact us within 7 days at support@vastusense.co.in and we will review your case. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

3. Refunds — iPhone and iPad purchases

Purchases made inside the app on iPhone and iPad go through Apple's In-App Purchase system. For those purchases Apple is the seller of record and handles all refunds — we are unable to process them ourselves. Requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and the decision rests entirely with Apple. See our Support page for step-by-step instructions.

4. If there is a problem with your report

If a report did not generate, contained an error, or did not match the property details you entered, please contact us first at support@vastusense.co.in. In most cases we can correct it or issue a complimentary replacement — often faster than a refund.

5. Cancellations

Because retail purchases are one-time and per-report, there is no recurring plan to cancel. You can stop using the Service, or delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account). Developer (B2B) accounts are annual, managed offline by our team, and governed by a separate agreement.
