This Pricing Policy explains how pricing works for Vastu Sense — the Vastu Sense mobile application and the website vastusense.xyz (together, the "Service"), operated by Spatiq AI Private Limited. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Vastu Sense has no free tier. Every analysis requires a paid plan, charged per report:
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges for retail users. You choose a plan and pay only when you run a new analysis.
The exact price for a report is always displayed inside the app before you confirm the analysis. You are never charged without first seeing and confirming the amount.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. For eligible direct purchases, a GST tax invoice is issued as described below.
Android and direct purchases are processed by Spatiq AI Private Limited through our payment partner, and we issue a GST tax invoice for your purchase.
iPhone and iPad purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system, where Apple is the seller of record and your receipt is issued by Apple. As Apple uses its own price points, prices may differ slightly between platforms.
We may update our prices from time to time. Any change applies only to new purchases made after it takes effect — it never affects a report you have already paid for. The price that applies is always the one shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Despite our best efforts, a price shown on the Service may occasionally be incorrect. Where an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected transaction and refund any amount charged. We will notify you if this happens.
From time to time we may run limited-period offers or discounts, and reward you with points or credits through our referral programme. These are optional, may change or end at any time, and are subject to their own terms.
Pricing for real estate developer accounts is annual, managed offline by our team, and governed by a separate agreement — it is not covered by the retail per-report pricing above.
