The information, scores, insights, and remedies provided by Vastu Sense — through the Vastu Sense mobile application and the website vastusense.xyz (together, the "Service") — are provided for general informational and home-wellness guidance only. Vastu Sense is a product of Spatiq AI Private Limited.
Our analysis applies the spatial principles of Vastu Shastra using a deterministic scoring engine, supported by artificial intelligence. Vastu Shastra is a traditional body of knowledge; its principles and their effects are not scientifically proven. Our scores and recommendations reflect these traditional principles and our own methodology, and may differ from assessments made by other practitioners using different methods.
The automated analysis produced by the Service — scores, insights, and remedies generated by our scoring engine and AI — is not a substitute for advice, evaluation, or treatment you would normally receive from a qualified professional, such as an architect, structural engineer, interior designer, doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, or financial advisor. Do not make structural, financial, medical, legal, or other significant decisions solely on the basis of the automated analysis. Always consult a suitably qualified professional before undertaking any construction, renovation, or other major change to your property.
The Service also lets you book a consultation with an independent Vastu consultant. Doing so does not change the position above: a Vastu consultation is not a substitute for advice from an architect, structural engineer, or other licensed professional in their own field.
Vastu consultants listed in the Service are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Spatiq AI Private Limited, and we do not supervise, direct, or control the advice they give.
Before listing a consultant we carry out a reasonable review of the background and experience they present to us. This review is not a licence, certification, accreditation, or endorsement, and it is not a guarantee of the quality, suitability, or accuracy of any advice a consultant gives you. Vastu Shastra has no statutory licensing regime in India, and any description of a consultant as "verified" refers only to our own internal review.
Any opinion, recommendation, or report a consultant provides is their own. It may differ from your Vastu Sense score or from the view of another consultant, and we do not adopt, endorse, or warrant it. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on it.
If a consultation takes place at your property, you are responsible for providing safe and lawful access, and the consultant is responsible for their own conduct while there. Please report any concern about a consultant to us at support@vastusense.co.in.
Spatiq AI Private Limited provides no guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances of any kind that following any score, insight, or remedy will produce any particular result — whether relating to health, wealth, relationships, career, prosperity, or any other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
The accuracy of any analysis depends on the quality, clarity, and correctness of the information you provide, including floor-plan images, directions, property details, and resident information. Incomplete or inaccurate inputs will affect the results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spatiq AI Private Limited, its team, and its partners will not be responsible for any interpretation, decision, action, or outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including any advice given by, or any act or omission of, an independent consultant booked through the Service.
