These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vastu Sense mobile application and the website vastusense.xyz (together, the "Service"), operated by Spatiq AI Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), the company behind the Vastu Sense product. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing in you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are adding resident details for a minor, you confirm that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian.
Access requires a valid Indian mobile phone number. We authenticate via one-time passcode (OTP) — no password is created or stored. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and OTP confidential. Notify us immediately at support@vastusense.co.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
One account per phone number. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or share your account with others.
No free tier. All analysis features require a paid plan (Basic at ₹99/report or Premium at ₹199/report). Plan selection and payment occur before each analysis.
Per-report pricing. Both plans are charged per report — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges for retail users. The fee is displayed before you confirm the analysis.
How payment is processed. On Android, payment is processed by Spatiq AI Private Limited through our payment partner, and we issue a GST tax invoice. On iPhone and iPad, purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. For those purchases Apple is the seller of record, and your receipt is issued by Apple. Prices may differ slightly between platforms.
Refunds — Android and direct purchases. Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@vastusense.co.in and we will review your case. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
Refunds — iPhone and iPad purchases. Purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system are refunded by Apple, not by us. Requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com and the decision rests entirely with Apple. If the issue is with the report itself, contact us first — in most cases we can correct it or issue a complimentary replacement.
Developer accounts are annual, managed offline by our team, and governed by a separate agreement.

You retain ownership of the floor plan images, property details, and resident data you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You confirm that you have the right to share any floor plan images you upload — for example, that they are your own property or that you have permission from the copyright holder.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models. Floor plan images are used only for room detection analysis for your specific property.
Vastu Sense provides Vastu Shastra analysis based on a deterministic scoring rule engine informed by classical Vastu texts. Our scores and recommendations are informational in nature and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified Vastu consultant, architect, or structural engineer.
We do not guarantee that following any remedy or recommendation will produce any specific outcome — financial, health-related, or otherwise. Vastu principles are traditional in origin and their effects are not scientifically proven. Use your judgment when acting on any recommendation.
Floor plan analysis accuracy depends on the quality and clarity of the floor plan image you upload. Scores may differ from those calculated by a human Vastu consultant using different methodologies.
The Vastu Sense name, logo, scoring methodology, report design, and all software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.
PDF reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them with family, friends, or your architect. You may not resell or sublicense reports, or represent them as your own work.
Developer accounts are not self-created. Use of the developer feature is governed by a separate onboarding agreement entered into with our team. For buyer data processed through your account, you act as the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Vastu Sense acts only as your Data Processor, processing buyer data solely on your instructions and solely to generate and deliver the report, the verification page, and related analytics. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes at any time. We will attempt to notify users of scheduled downtime via push notification at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
If AI services (Anthropic Claude, AWS Rekognition) are unavailable, we will return your Vastu score from the deterministic rule engine with generic report text. You will never be blocked from receiving a score due to AI service outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vastu Sense and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including decisions made based on Vastu scores or recommendations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible and will permanently remove your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will notify you before termination where reasonably possible, except in cases of serious violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We will notify you of material changes via push notification and in-app banner at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are between you and Spatiq AI Private Limited only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the Service, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. In the event of a third-party claim that the Service infringes intellectual property rights, Spatiq AI Private Limited is solely responsible for its investigation and defence. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
